Objectives of this Role

• Represent our company’s products and services
• Research the market to identify how our solutions meet industry needs within various market segments

Responsibilities

• Utilize network, company contact database, LinkedIn, cold calling, email, messaging services and social media to generate new qualified sales opportunities
• Identify prospect’s needs and suggest appropriate products/services
• Build long-term trusting relationships with prospects to qualify leads as sales opportunities
• Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as marketing or business management preferred

• Design of User Experiences and User Interfaces for DIAGNAL and DIAGNAL customers on a variety of internet connected devices

Experience Required

• Experience with a specific focus on UX Design, or a Bachelors degree in a relevant design discipline

• Solid experience of UCD design principles and methodologies, with an ability to conduct competitor analysis & benchmarking, create user journeys, user flows, sitemaps, wireframes and interactive prototypes

You will

• Troubleshooting application alerts from monitoring tools and performing RCAs

• Ensuring Support and Warranty service level agreements are met for each client
• Proactively maintain a Support knowledge base on Confluence
• Assign support tickets to concerned internal teams and follow up on delivery schedules
• Learn the different system/product configurations used by our clients and make necessary updates as and when required
• Monitor different systems using dashboards and logs and set up appropriate alerts.
• Go through different crash and system level logs to perform root cause analysis
• Following standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams
• Availability in office or at home on support rota shifts which could be day time, evening or morning
• Continuous organisation and updating of support ticket management systems

• Configuring contentful to set up feeds in apps
• Setting up feeds in OVP (manual curation or rule based curation)
• Prepare demo videos of Diagnal Apps
• Validating logs being sent from the apps to ensure we have enough data to identify issues in production

• Setting up alerts in monitoring system to ensure that any major system failures are notified to the team
• Filter logs to identify errors and respond to customer on why the issue happened and if possible share any workarounds
• Submitting applications to app stores and handling any app store certification issues

• Test video streaming websites and applications on a range of low-end to high-end devices and on a range of screen sizes from mobiles to high-definition TVs
• Test backend systems and systems integrations that support media business operations
• Test for functionality, UIUX fidelity, high availability, stability, and performance
• Defining test plans, test cases, and test data to be used for both automated and manual testing. 
• Contribute and Maintain our Continuous Integration/Delivery pipeline 
• Partner with designers, project managers, operations engineers, third party systems providers, and customers

• 5 or more years of experience in manual testing or/and automated testing in a premium software project services or software product company working with international customers/stakeholders
• Experience with standard testing tools/frameworks e.g. Mercury, JUnit, JMeter, Selenium, Appium, Eggplant, Sahi, Calabash
• Experience in working on an automated testing pipeline that includes unit, functional, and system-level tests driven by an integrated framework. 
• Understanding of HTTP and application on RESTful API testing
• Ability to write scripts/programs to test applications
• Working knowledge of UNIX and ability to do scripting
• Self-motivation and the ability to manage your own time to get the job done at our industry levels
