Responsibilities:

  • Develop branding strategy and execute branding projects positioning Diagnal as an employer of choice for tech professionals.
  • Conduct market research including benchmarking.
  • Organize events, campaigns to attract, engage and retain top talent.
  • Drive content creation across digital platforms with consistent messaging.
  • Engage with educational institutions and tech communities.
  • Enhance the company’s visibility within technoparks.
  • Collaborate internally to reinforce company culture and values.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging brand application techniques, adopting fresh and innovative approaches to help us stand out.

Experience:

  • Proven success in recruitment/employee engagement focused marketing and branding.
  • Track record of executing impactful campaigns and events.
  • Proficiency in content creation and understanding tech industry preferences.
  • Strong project management, events organization and communication skills.
  • Adaptability to a dynamic, part-time role.

Requirements

  • Craft suitable brand voices for social media.
  • Create engaging content and collaborate with design/marketing teams on visual consistency.
  • Proficiency in crafting social media copy and using visual design tools.
